Text Box: The elephant and the monkey are following the same path through the forest but the monkey stays just ahead as he swings higher and higher into the trees. Finally the elephant raises her trunk and the monkey slides down.
The Monkey motif always starts with the third finger. Play the final glissando with the second finger since the elephant’s trunk rises to  a La on the “G” string played with the first finger.
